Fallon Health appoints Kristine Bostek to Executive Director of Summit ElderCare and Leanna Moran to Executive Director of NaviCare

July 9, 2014 - Worcester, Mass. Fallon Health, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health care services organization, is pleased to announce recent appointments to leadership positions in its senior care services and government programs: Kristine Bostek, Vice President and Executive Director of Summit ElderCare® and Leanna Moran as Executive Director of NaviCare®.

Kristine Bostek has been appointed to Vice President and Executive Director of Summit ElderCare, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Bostek is responsible for strategic planning, policy advocacy, clinical operations and program growth. This unique coordinated care and coverage program offers adults over age 55 and their caregivers an innovative and comprehensive alternative to nursing home care.

Bostek joined Fallon as Vice President and Executive Director of NaviCare in 2012. Prior to joining Fallon, Bostek was Senior Director of Communications and Business Development at UHealthSolutions (formerly Public Sector Partners), a subsidiary of UMass Medical School. She also held key positions at UnitedHealthcare as Director of Operations of the Customer Care Center and strategic account executive.

Bostek holds a master’s degree in health administration from Clark University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Michael’s College. She is a certified health insurance executive (CHIE) and serves on the board of directors for Children's Friend.

She lives in West Boylston with her family.

Leanna Moran has been appointed to Executive Director of NaviCare to oversee its overall program operations, growth and continued expansion. NaviCare, a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan and a Senior Care Options (SCO) program, offers comprehensive health and social services for adults age 65 and above in partnership with MassHealth and Medicare.

Moran joined Fallon in 2011 serving as Director of Outreach for NaviCare and Summit ElderCare. Prior to joining Fallon, Moran worked as Corporate Marketing Director for Senior Living Residencies, a Massachusetts assisted living provider with a specialty in Alzheimer’s care. Moran previously owned and operated her own guardianship and care management business, serving hundreds of elders throughout Massachusetts.

Moran has a master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University.

She lives in Westford with her family.
