Experience the adult day health centers

Our PACE Centers are located in Leominster, Lowell, Springfield, Webster and Worcester Massachusetts.

When you arrive at any of our PACE Centers, you’ll see friendly, cheerful staff interacting with participants.

The bright, accessible PACE Centers have a variety of areas for recreation and dining, and separate spaces for medical exams and personal care. For more specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care, participants receive more hands-on care in another area of the PACE Center.
